When will Arc Insight be available?
We're building Arc Insight now. Early access will open to schools and colleges on the waiting list first, and we'll email you as soon as places are available.
Who is Arc Insight for?
Special schools, mainstream schools with SEN provision, and post-16 settings and colleges supporting young people with SEND. It is designed for SENCos, teachers, teaching assistants and school leadership.
How is progress measured?
In levels, not against age. Each area is broken into small steps, so gradual progress is still clear to see, and Arc Insight highlights the areas to focus on next for each learner.
How does Arc Insight work with EHCPs?
You can upload a learner's EHCP and Arc Insight identifies the Section E outcomes. You link each outcome to Arc Insight's next steps and record the provision from Section F, so progress against the plan is always in view.
What is the Preparing for Adulthood pathway?
A pathway supporting young people as they develop independence and employability and learn to navigate their social world. This platform will be coming soon after the first release of Arc Insight.
We already use Arc Pathway. Is Arc Insight for us?
Arc Insight is being built by the same team, specifically for learners with SEN. Existing Arc Pathway schools are very welcome to join the waiting list, and we'll be in touch about what early access could look like for you.
Does joining the waiting list commit us to anything?
No. Joining just means we'll keep you updated and invite you to early access when it opens. There's no cost and no commitment.
Is our data safe?
Arc Insight follows the same approach as Arc Pathway: your data is stored in the UK, in Microsoft Azure UK data centres. We are happy to share our data protection documents with your data protection lead.
